Key changes affect common forms. Form 1300t for general eligibility costs $575 full fee. Concession drops to $80 with a valid Pensioner Concession Card.
Form 1290 for other situations charges $350 full. Concession version sits at $40. Children under 16 with a parent pay nothing.
Extra costs include citizenship by descent on Form 118 at $370. Siblings after the first add $150 each. Adopted children via Form 1272 match that base fee.
Renunciation on Form 128 requires $310. Resuming citizenship with Form 132 costs $245. Evidence requests on Form 119 hit $280.
Exemptions cover specific cases. British or Maltese child migrants qualify. Australian Defence Force members with 90 days service do too. Stateless applicants under Section 21(8) avoid fees. Paper forms needed for exemptions.
