This one is a little different. Solo. I want to talk about how I decided to step up and take control of my life. What happened to make me change? Why did I feel so obligated to step up and conquer my life? My future family counts on me to win. And so does everyone around me. So do the people in other countries who can't yet take care of themselves. So do these Canadians who are suffering in silence.
We have to help these people.
We have to step up.
Change is necessary.
