- Engadget | Google AI is a free tool, it's supposed to help you practice for a job interview. Its still no substitute for the real thing, talking to a screen is nothing like being in a panel interview
- Another dating analogy this week - it was more like the history of matchmaking from the year 1500 to Tinder. Made sense to us. There is no lack of supply, there’s candidates everywhere, the problem is matching people and their wage expectations.
- You get what you ask for. Do candidates exaggerate their salary, their education or finesse around why they left their last 3 jobs? Are Recruiters to blame? After all, saying ‘we will keep your resume on file’ isn't exactly the truth.
