Our guests today are curating a hub for all things health in the Queen City- and they’re pretty much the reason anyone in the Cincy fitness space even knows about each other! You’ve seen them out running every race, showing us the best salad spots, sharing others’ inspiring fitness journeys, and hosting both mediation workshops AND outdoor workouts with booze- talk about balance!
