How do you get to your goal and then find yourself having to "run that race" again? Jeff is honest about the impact life getting in the way, and the excuses we build around that impacted his health. We also talk about the messages we see in the weight loss social media space, specifically from coaches making promises that sound attractive but just aren't real.
