Max Radovanic joins me on this week's all new Forum to talk about how struggles with his mental health and the medications prescribed to help him lead to his developing a disordered relationship with his appetite and food. Max was at an average weight at age 12 and by 18 he was 430 pounds. But it wasn't just about food, Max was also drinking and smoking heavily at that time. We talk about how one day in bed he finally had enough and got started on this journey that has brought him to a new place in his health down 200 pounds. Max is honest about how his journey isn't all about the highs we see on the usual social media highlight reel, but still involves daily struggles. He wants to spread the message that this is normal, but change is still possible even when things feel hard.
