Episode 300 is a re release of the interview I did with Russell Manser as part of the fans and members of rugby league interviews. Russell sadly passed away last weekend and as a tribute to him and for people to hear his story I have re released the episode I did with him last year in March 2023. This interview was recorded in February of 2023. The Parra Cave Podcast passes on its condolences to Russell's family and friends in this difficult time.
