Here it is everyone! I have been thinking about this re-branding of the podcast for months now. In numerous meditations and sitting with hape (sacred tobacco snuff) this name would come to me frequently and it felt so in alignment to the message I want to be putting out as well as my own journey. This podcast embodies everything about the Light House Podcast but has a more direct message and purpose.My intention is for this podcast to be a place for all of those who are either walking their path right now, thinking about stepping onto their path, or maybe have one foot on and one foot off as I tend to do. You might be asking what does it mean to follow your path? How do you that exactly?Well to me following your path is getting curious about who you really are, it's a longing to discover what's inside of you and why you're really here on this planet. It's answering the call that's been ringing inside of you for more. It's moving through all of the fear, the doubt, the insecurity, the outside influence that has been piled on top of you since you were a small child. It's courageously going into the unknown. A deep dive out of the comfort zone to find what you're made of. I believe we are all called to do this but of course we have free choice to or not. My intention is for this podcast to be a community of support and encouragement for the people on their path and those thinking about taking the plunge. I'll be interviewing people who have boldly said yes to themselves and walked through the fires to go beyond make that self discovery. I'll be sharing the deepest insights I've learned along the way and getting as vulnerable as I possibly can to really bring in this frequency of change.I believe humanity is going through an unprecedented shift in consciousness and evolution right now. This can be a very difficult time as we begin to outgrow our hermit crab shells, shed our snake skin, move from caterpillars to butterflies. We need each other to offer support, encouragement and love through this extremely tumultuous process rather than all the judgments and ridicule. We're all connected and one way or another we're all going through this together and I hope this podcast is a place for you to join in on the journey!
