Very happy and grateful to be able to sit down with my brother and record this podcast to share with everyone. He is the lead singer of a Reggae band called Buddahfly who are part of the Roots Musician Records Label out of San Diego. More importantly he is one of the most knowledgeable people I know in the realms of consciousness, overcoming addictions, creative expression, and all things plant medicine. In this episode we get into his story of overcoming drug addiction from a young age after being prescribed to a host of anti-psychotics when being diagnosed as Bi-Polar.
