In this episode we seek to discuss how to build mileage & train injury free. For this we have with us Col. Arun Malik. 

Arun is a Veteran who served the Indian Army for over 23 years before taking voluntary retirement in 2016.  He started running long distance races in 2014 and ever since, has participated in many races in different parts of the world with the key ones being Delhi Marathon, Mumbai Marathon, Hyderabad and the likes. He also completed Ultra Marathon twice and ran 100k at Oxfam Mumbai and 70k Tuffman in Shimla hills. He is also a 4 times Ironman Finisher and 6 times Ironman 70.3 Finisher since May 2018.
