Today in this Let’s Move podcast, Andrea DiRaddo, a yoga instructor and mindfulness teacher will lead you in a guided 5 minute meditation.

Take time to pause, breathe, and reset your nervous system. This practice will include simple breath work and a focus on mindfulness and awareness.

Andrea DiRaddo is a certified yoga therapist and experienced certified yoga teacher in the Washington, DC area. She brings these meditations to you with a focus on building curiosity and awareness. In Andrea’s words, “It is through a mindfulness practice that we can begin to understand how and why we respond to things the way we do. By becoming an observer of the mind, we can calm the nervous system, increase focus, and build resilience.”
