Kelly Haldane is currently a Junior High Humanities Teacher who has been in the profession for more than a decade. On Part 2 of this episode, Kelly and I discuss student personality juggling, teacher guilt, the lack of need for report cards, the transition from teacher-at-school to teacher-on-call mentality, what the barriers between teachers and parents should be like, the no-zero policy dilemma and how students used to be afraid of homework checks, teacher autonomy, our experience on the Minister’s Teacher Advisory Council, and, much more. Thank you for tuning in and hope to see you next time!
