The benefit of hindsight, or phrases like, "if I only knew then what I know now..." all come to mind as we play the game of revisionist history in our own lives and legacies. If we COULD pass along our own lessons, or give ourselves permission to learn from, or accept the elements of lessons learned in the past, how much positive impact could that have on us in the here and now?
