Do you follow a morning routine or do you just kind of "wing it" when you wake up? I used to be a HUGE fan of the snooze button, get up early, but wait until the very last minute, and feel like everyday I was playing catch up. When I established a solid morning ritual, I discovered that morning time was the BEST time for me to create space just for me. Over the years, I have tweaked my morning routine to make it a sacred ritual I can't live without and I'm excited to share my process with you!
