I did a thing! I started a new segment called "Mindset Mondays" that is LIVE on Facebook and Instragram on … wait for it… Mondays! But don't worry, if you missed the first one, I am sharing it on the pod so you can listen to it anytime you want. And this week's topic is Limiting Beliefs--what are they, why do we have them, how do I get rid of them!

As I am on a mission to empower and motivate humans to be more positive in their everyday life, which leads to more happiness, abundance and success, I will offer these quick lessons in mindset to help get you there!
