I recently had the opportunity to speak on a panel about self-care for a virtual summit hosted by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). It was such an honor to be asked to give this presentation and I wanted to share it with you here on the podcast because self-care is a topic that is near and dear to my heart.
