Oh God, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Your Word in Acts 2:21 says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. I am calling on you now, I know I am a sinner. Be merciful to me, a sinner.
I believe that Jesus Christ was my substitute when He died on the cross. I believe that His shed blood, death, burial, resurrection and ascension were for me.
Now, I consciously and deliberately receive and confess Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Saviour. Jesus, come into my heart now!
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the forgiveness of sins. I receive the gift of salvation and everlasting life. Now I know that I am born again. I am saved. I am a new creature in Christ. I and a Christian. I am a child of God. Thank You Father, in Jesus' name! Amen."
