A deep conversation on the challenges faced at the UNFCCC to find just responses to loss and damage. In this conversation, we explored the impact that North and South differences can have in terms of prioritizing urgent actions on loss and damage. The need for a financial facility to address loss and damage and of centering people´s rights in the decision-making PROCESS were key talking points.
