Running a small business during the often slow summertime can be difficult. Still, instead of getting discouraged, I encourage you to consider what you can do to prepare for the holiday season. Summer is an excellent time to tie up loose ends you may have, like those projects you haven't finished, those blogs you haven't updated (or written), or that collaboration you have been putting off. Use this time wisely. Make the long days of Summer count in your favor.
