We're not huge fans of marketing during the summer because, let's face it, who wants to be cooped up working when you can be outside enjoying a cold margarita with your biz besties? On the flip side, we also know that what you do today sets you up for tomorrow. For many small business owners, that means better sales in October and November - more on that later. For now, though, it's all about doing what is smart while still preparing for the long game - Quarter 4.
