Oftentimes, we seldom think twice about how we start our mornings. It turns out that how we start our day has an impact on our mood for the rest of the day. Engaging in a mindful morning routine has served a big part of my life in many ways for the past two years. In this episode, I will be sharing one of my favourite morning routines in detail- which is taking a mindful stroll and to soak in the benefits associated with it.
