Description

The phrase “pain and suffering” has been used so frequently that the two seperate terms are often mistakenly considered to be the same. This episode shares insights on the differences between pain and suffering and how we can ease our suffering by generating awareness around our own unhelpful narratives. Additionally, it introduces one of my favourite psychological models that has taught me why we humans feel the way we feel. For more, chill in now!
