Prior to joining Creative Planning’s Practice Development team, Joni served as the founding president and chief executive officer of Pipeline Entrepreneurs. During her 14-year tenure, she delivered significant economic results that garnered national accolades. The companies she assisted earned more than $1.39 billion in revenues, raised more than $608 million in outside capital, conducted business in more than 85 countries and created more than 2,700 jobs. For this work, Pipeline was recognized in 2016 by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation with the Uncommon Award for excellence in entrepreneurial programs. She also received the Pipeline Lifetime Achievement Award when she retired from her role at the organization she founded.
