Because consistency IS key if you wish to achieve long-term success with your health and fitness goals.
But looking at it as ticking every box every day, never missing a training session, or eating a perfect diet, is going to prevent you from achieving your goals by making it more likely for you to end up feeling like you’re failing as a result of setting unrealistic expectations.
