In today's episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I talk about all things social media and how it can impact our body image.

Social media is not inherently bad! In fact, it can be used for a lot of good. 

But in order for the outcome to be positive we have to be intentional with the way that we use it and how much time we spend on it.

So in today's podcast I talk about how you might audit your social media use to make sure you have a more positive relationship with it, and to reduce the likelihood of it having a negative impact on how you view your own body!

So I’d love you to reflect on the content you choose to expose yourself to on social media and ask what effect it’s having on your relationship with yourself, others, and on how you feel on a daily basis.
