Justyna, whom I met while she was interviewing me for my job, and I have the pleasure to explore how we feel about working in product design/development, what struggles we face when trying to bridge the gaps between values that conflict with each other or the environment we try to grow in and how we understand our own role as females in a male-dominated industry.
