It's the time of the year when the fitness industry is going to load you with bad advice and plenty of guilt trips about "being ready for summer"...Well we don't do that here.
This is my advice for your approach to nutrition and training before, during and after going away. Wether your goal is fat loss, health or performance you need to listen to this.
