We're back! Season two is going to be focused on Longevity through Performance, and we have some awesome subject-matter-experts lined up to teach us all about it.



First up this season is Ben Skutnik. Ben is a faculty member at the University of Louisville, Nutrition Coach for Power Athlete HQ, and has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 15 years wearing every hat possible. When he’s not working with athletes to maximize their performance, he’s trying to create a self-sustaining life with his wife, daughter, and two dogs on their homestead in Southern Indiana.
