Jason Ighani is a coach, facilitator and team development practitioner with over 15 years of experience, working extensively in the humanitarian and global development fields. He has unique expertise in the re-design and development of mission critical teams and has dedicated his professional career to creating the conditions for effective and meaningful collaboration where it is most needed.
He is also the founder and CEO of The Humanitarian Coaching Network, a global community of coaches that subsidizes large scale individual and group coaching support to humanitarian staff, particularly those serving in the most isolated and unstable contexts.
At this stage, his passion lies in supporting the inner work of men and curating spaces for men to heal in the company and with the support of other men.
He is currently based in Costa Rica.
