Its More Than Just About Exercising, it really is. Despite the fact that so many people jump straight into exercising as a way to get fit and healthy, it does come down to the definition of what you deem as feeling fitter, healthier and happier
Yes, a fit and healthy individual is going to generally be a lot more active.
However, their overall fitness is going to be determined by all 4 key pillars of better health:
1) how much they MOVE
2) what their NUTRITION is like
3) what they do in terms of STRENGTHENING themselves; and
4) their MINDSET
What we've found is that by addressing all 4 key pillars, people are able to get results that they can actually maintain for the long term
Particularly when combined with:
- providing a fun, sociable and welcoming environment in which they feel they can be themselves
- holding them accountable so that they do more of what they said they would
- setting them goals that genuinely matter to them and help keep them motivated every single day
- expert guidance so that they are given the support and instruction they need so that they don't waste any more time, money and effort on all those things that just don't work
