When it comes to community. How would you define community or yeah, first of all, this question and then the second question would be when you want to create your own tribe, your own community, what are steps to start?

I mean, we're already so much high. And when people are starting out, they need some baby steps. Yeah, I would focus on serving as many people as you can around the topic that you care about, right? Like and what that looks like is exactly how I started with jwb. Who are you trying to serve, like? What's the cause that you're passionate about? Right they were passionate about rental properties. I'm passionate about building relationships. So everything that I talk about in content is just like giving every piece of advice that I have on how to make people like you more.

Right. And once you figure that out, right, like once you, first of all, find your voice, right? Like, understand what you're speaking about.

What you believe define, define what it is. What are your core values, right? Like if you wanna build a community, you need to build it around something, and the minimum viable thing that you build it around is values.

Right, so so get really clear on that. First. Once you're clear on that, right, like and I'm assuming that the person that's thinking I want to create a community is already clear on that figure out who you're trying to serve with, those that have those values what they care about.

You know, like, what else do they care about? What you have to say is one thing that they care about, what else do they care about?

And then once you can figure out what else they care about, try to give it to them, right? So that's why to me, the stage is the crucial thing, right? Because if you can, if you can then be like, okay, so then my stage is gonna be my Facebook group or my Facebook account, right? And let's say I care about yoyos and all I have is a Facebook account. Nothing else.
