So what are some of the mistakes that entrepreneurs make when it comes to the topic of social selling? So what are the mistakes that they make? Often times that you see.
Okay, so the biggest mistake you can make socially. All right, we're talking about social here. The sale part will figure we'll touch.
But the biggest thing you can screw up is the trust back. If people are already trusting you, you don't want to jeopardize their trust. Trust and social selling is the holy grail. That's the one thing. Once you establish the trust, never break it.
Okay. And sometimes you could destroy the trust by just making a bad offer right? Just like I bought something from you. I trusted you.
And then all of a sudden, you threw something into the mix that wasn't even related to our relationship. And suddenly I don't trust you. People do that emails all the time.
They'll they'll, you know, instead of segmenting their list, they just send everything out to everybody. And they end up breaking the trust of people that have already purchased from you. You should talk to people that have already purchased from you completely different than somebody that is brand new that you're trying to make aware of a product.
Yes. Definitely. Yeah. Cool. And when? When it comes to trust building, is that something that you I mean?
Yes. It's obviously to do it through content that you create. But do you have a special structure or when you think about trust in social? Do you have do you have a strategy?
I got a strategy for that goes all the way through that selling and trust is a part of that. All right. I mean, you think about the old school sales funnel right.
So at the top, you have awareness the next level is interest, consideration, preference.
