It's giving thanks! Ok, could not resist. This episode, Sammie and Michelle dive into a different take on gratitude through writing a thank you letter to their past self. There are a lot of benefits to a gratitude practice, but we can often forget the person who's done the most for us, ourselves!

Our past selves have weathered and grown through tough times. They've created happy moments for us. Sammie and Michelle discuss ways to approach a thank you letter to yourself and share themes from their own letters. You should do the exercise as well!
