After raising your awareness its time to put it to use! I've been getting in the best shape of my life and I can credit it all to my awareness. Every movement, every bite of food, i'm thinking of how I feel immediately and also taking note of how I feel as the day goes on. The best training advice I can give is listening to your body and starting to learn how to read your reactions to stimuli. Keep working, keep learning and anything is possible!!
