My morning starts with sleep! Sleep is the #1 healthy habit as it's the most important foundation for health & energy. I love waking up early but I don't believe you should do so by cutting your sleep short. Instead start with your bedtime, go to sleep early enough where you get 7 hours and get up at the time you want. I journal my tasks and my visions before bed so i can LET GO and really delve into sleep. Work backwards from that unwind and sleep on time! ENJOY & BE YOURSELF!
