What i've learned from this extended rest period about tendon health, stiffness(strength) and range of motion. Also, what i learned from my time at ATG about knee exercises and stretching
ATG workout:
Floss knees
2 min backward sled, lying quad stretch to rest
repeat sled and stretch 3 times total
reverse step up 3 x 20
wall quad/hip flexor stretch 5 min
bottom 1/4 split squat 3 x (5 x 5)
bottom 1/4 goblet squat 3 x (5 x 5)
sissy squat 3x10
plantar fascia 2 min
tibalis 2 min
tibialis machine 1 to failure
wall tibialis 1 to failure
seated goodmorning 3 x 15
jefferson curl 3 x 5
hyper 1 x 6
