Description

Think of habits as growing trees. When they're just sprouting, they're easily removed, but when fully grown into a tree, they're almost impossible to uproot. This goes for good AND bad habits. The bad ones you're going to have a tough, difficult time to change but good news is the good ones will be beautiful. Think of every obstacle as an opportunity for growth. Don't wish it was easier, wish you were better, a more improved, skilled navigator of life. I'm just a nugget farmer reading Darren Hardy's book "The Compound Effect" which has been really inspirational. Highly recommend.
