Dunk Tip 4/5 Overview of my current diet and my best tips. I like intermittent fasting as it keeps my gut biome healthy and my energy is super consistent. I fuel up the night before a big workout with chicken quinoa and avocado (the usual) in the mornings, I just have black coffee before my workout.
