Well maybe you were asking why do you need a custom box? The answer is you only need a custom box if you are watching your customer life cycle and you are working to get better at acquiring or fulfilling or retaining your customers. If you do not need help with any of those three things then you probably do not need a custom box of your own! I am not sure I know anyone that is not looking to improve those things but hey someone out there may already be perfect.
