Niza Disla is a Bronx-born strategist of Dominican, Puerto Rican, and Mexican ancestry (Mayan & Taíno lineages). She has over 20 years in executive leadership, including building global partnership operations at Marvel + The Assemblage, with experience spanning entertainment, tech, nonprofits, and hospitality.
After traveling to nearly 50 countries and a year-long backpacking journey connecting with lineage keepers, she healed from chronic illness and stepped into her calling as Founder and Vision Doula of Meraki Path, a strategic impact studio for purpose-driven leaders. Drawing on training in ancestral and energetic modalities, she integrates lived wisdom into Meraki Path’s consulting, 1:1 work, immersive retreats, and visionary incubators. Meraki Path is a collaborative ecosystem, co-creating models that serve people, planet, and purpose.
Niza also stewards ancestral land in the Dominican Republic and is in long-term partnership with the Kichwa Napusamai community in the Ecuadorian Amazon. The Act of Creation is Healing™ is her operating principle.
