Description

Coach Samantha Flaherty is a Power Athlete Nutrition Coach and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Adam and Coach Sam discuss the importance of nutrition, rest, and recovery in competitive athletes and how they can maximize their performance on the court, field, and track.

Samantha's passion for strength and conditioning started at a young age. She grew up as a competitive gymnast and learned the values of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. These values have stuck with her throughout life, and guide how she train my clients. The physical and mental process of bettering yourself fascinates her. She love watching individuals push the envelope and achieve their goals.

Sam believes that nutrition and recovery are the base of any athletic pyramid and need to be prioritize!
