In this episode of “86 That,” we interview Marie Bargraser, a Venezuelan-American filmmaker based in Houston, Texas with a vivid background in theatre and an unending passion for people. While her childhood dream was to become a singer, that dream led to her exploring live theatre which she fell in love with and practiced for seven years before studying Film Production at Texas State University. The relationships in her life inspire her the most to create and connect with art, especially through filmmaking and songwriting, always supported by themes of love, empathy, and perception.
