Denika's World Cross Country Trip
This week we cover the usuals plus we try something new. We'll talk about our recent training and how it's going plus our upcoming holiday to the big USA.
Then we have some voice memos from a few people who were at Kepler this weekend. Including Frances Redmond, Hannah Wall, Dan Jones, and the mighty Emma Steedman. Who all talk about their experiences racing.
That's not the only race we talk about though, California International Marathon was also this past weekend and Mal waxes poetic about her times racing there, how many people ran the an USA Olympic Trails qualifying time. Plus Courtney Dauwalter was there giving it a good nudge.
Lastly we don't have to be the arseholes in the Accountability Arseholes segment as Craig and Shana have been diligently
doing their rehab. And Dan, well, he gets a pass this week.
