Charlene Diehl, music producer for the Izzy Asper Jazz Performances returns to the podcast to talk about the upcoming African Rhythms Alumni Ensemble concerts happening at the Rady on November 29 & 30. Host Chris Allinotte and Charlene talk about the group's origins playing with legendary jazz pianist Randy Weston, and how they are bringing that spirit and, yes, African Rhythms to the Berney Theatre stage.
