In this episode I talk to you guys about my basically sexually obsession with challenge, especially when it comes to fitness. What I'm trying to outline to you guys is that challenge and adversity is literally the catalyst for growth and change. You don't have to do it to the level I do it because I'm sick but find something challenging, find a way to beat it and feel that rush of victory. One thing I will say is; when it comes fitness the amount of work you put in directly corelates to the results unlike a lot of things.
