Dr. Marvin Clark. Worked in Canada West Africa, England.
He was infamous as Deputy minister of Health on Prince Edward Island for shutting down corruption in health department.
The RCMP fraud Squad was called in within four months of his term.
A half dozen employees were charged. Several tractor trailer loads of stolen equipment returned anonymously, Marvin is as kind hearted as they come. But he is no pushover in the face of corruption.
He was on duty when a Russian U Boat surfaced in Halifax Harbour. And address cracked communications during the war.
They figured where the security problem was.
