The movie, Baby Boy, is a hood classic directed by the late great, John Singleton. Everyone needs to experience this cinematic masterpiece. This movie takes you on the spiral of Jodi's (Tyrese Gibson) life and him coming of age. The movie tackles the relationship he has with his mother (A.J. Johnson), how he cheats on his girlfriend (Taraji P. Henson ) and then commits domestic violence, and how he deals with people in California who are committed to the thug life.
