Mike Battaglino is the District 4 City Councilor for Wichita Falls, Texas, serving a term from November 2023 to November 2026. A U.S. Air Force veteran and educator with the Department of the Air Force, he holds a Doctor of Education from Liberty University and two master’s degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. On the City Council, he serves as liaison to the 4A Economic Development Board, Airport Board of Adjustment, Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee, the Sub-committee of Outside Agencies, and the Finance Committee.
