They have a conversation around starting his legal recruiting firm, Freshwater Counsel, and why taking the unknown path is a worthwhile endeavor more often than not. Khurram shares his thoughts around having a simple idea and taking it seriously.
Khurram is a legal recruiter and founder of Freshwater Counsel. Before recruiting, he was a patent litigator at Goodwin. Khurram also runs a newsletter for 2,100+ South Asian lawyers called Pani Cooler.
