Andre, 37 of California, is a United States Veteran whose daughter was kidnapped and taken to Russia. Since her abduction 2 years ago Andre has flown from California to Virginia religiously, all in effort to put out a missing persons case, and the local law enforcement agency sat on it. Andre stayed vigilant in his pursuit, eventually getting a California court to file a missing persons report, and the search was on. Russia is one of few countries that isn't under the Hague Agreement, meaning they don't acknowledge other countries family court rulings, so the task at hand is steep. There is a man for every mission, and this mission has been assigned to Andre.
